Our Working Arrangements
The Andrews Group is taking a calm and considered approach to the current situation to protect our people and minimise disruption to clients. At the moment, we’re continuing with business as usual, with extra precautions as recommended by global health authorities.
Over four decades in the industry has taught us that every adverse situation provides the opportunity to adapt and improve. With the growing impact of the current situation, we understand that face to face meetings and presentations might be postponed and aim to deliver digital resources and utilise technology as an alternative. Our team across Australia and Southeast Asia already works collaboratively, remotely, and virtually, and we will now be extending this way of working to clients to continue to deliver flooring solutions for projects in the region.
Delivery of Bolon
We’re here to continue to assist with flooring solutions for your beautiful projects. Sampling is still available and can be requested via email, Sales Managers or our website, and delivered via post or courier.
Bolon production is currently unaffected. Thousands of square metres of Bolon flooring is stocked in our Melbourne warehouse and can be delivered within a 1 – 2 week lead time to projects in Australia. For projects in Southeast Asia, stock is stored in a local warehouse and can be delivered within a 1 – 2 week lead time. We will continue to support jobs while minimising the impact on the environment through local delivery.
